Sophie Knight

I have joined the Women's Circle; through which my wellbeing and mental health has blossomed and my spiritual health has developed - plus I've made great new bonds with other fabulous women. I have also refreshed my Reiki Level 2 with Lexi, which was insightful, encouraging and exciting. Knowing Lexi is a privilege and a blessing and I would recommend her skills, passion, spirituality and knowledge to anyone.
