Starting an opening , cacao ceremony, gentle mindful yoga, a delicious sustainable vegan lunch followed by the opportunity to experience Soul Connection and a Soul Connection healing session, drumming meditation , finishing with a closing ceremony and the feeling of re-energising your soul as we reach the darker colder months.
