Letting go of spiritual teachers, ideas and concepts. 🍃💙
Sometimes we have to let go and that can be really bloody painful. 🫶🏻

Sometimes we no longer resonate someone's teachings. Someone that we have followed to years perhaps, someone who we have invested time and money in… Brought courses, done the workshops and look forward to their latest views. 🌙

This week I let go of someone whom I've have followed for a long time. I no longer resonate with their recent direction. It not the first time that this has happened, nor will it be the last.

It about dropping into your heart and asking if their message now resonates with your vibration. 💫

If it’s a NO then it’s OK to walk away, send them love and honour your inner knowing.

Yes its been hard, I've experience a whole range of emotions. 🪷

It's a little like a break up, yet other person has no idea that its happened or perhaps even who you are. It was unexpected, yet I need in stand in my truth. 🌱

In all this, your heart is your greatest teacher in this lifetime. It’s time to listen and know that we are all peers navigating this human experience and the age of the gruru is well and truly dead. 🧘🏻‍♀️
